    ASTOAN MUSIC BUSINESS REVOLUTION

ASTOAN is the Audio Studio Owners Association, Ondo State. We are poised to make life better in our own way in the industry of Music and Sound Production.

Duly Incorporated on 7th March, 2023, ASTOAN was formerly known to be SOSEMPAN - Studio Owners, Sound Engineers and Music Producers Association of Nigeria.  

Why are artistes, who patronizes our studios not making fortunes out of music in Ondo and neighboring States? Or why are those who are making it just few? Are there what these artistes and the upcoming ones needs to know? 

Yes! There are lots to know about digital world where the real Business of Music is lucrative. ASTOAN had concluded that the business aspect of music is yet to be tapped into around here. This brings initiative of Music Business Revolution! 

MUSIC BUSINESS REVOLUTION is an entrepreneur initiative of the Association to revolutionize the music industry for profiting.

This program is meant to unlock the reservoir of the wealth in Music Business which recording artists don't really know they exist, or those who know of them don't maximize for money.

As an association of producers with high entrepreneurship acumen, we are making strong efforts towards bringing the wealth of music to our immediate environment as we bring opportunity to liberate the hooked, choked artists and the upcoming ones to embrace the opportunity of producing well packaged sellable music, distribute to a larger and potential audience to make big money.

THE PROGRAM is going to be a workshop, information session, training, exhibition and grand forum for facilitators and participants. ASTOAN shall be partnering with big fishes in the ocean of music business in and outside and the Ondo State Entrepreneur Agency to deliver maximally.

ENTRY FEE

    ASTOAN MUSIC ARTIST OF THE YEAR - AMATY

    As part of  the requirements in the MUSIC BUSINESS REVOLUTION, individual participants shall be guided to produce their composed track. This track shall be used to contest for the music artist of the year. 

    Yearly, ASTOAN shall be producing, publishing and marketing the front runner artists, whose tracks has the highest votes and points in the contest. 

    THE ARTIST OF THE YEAR PACKAGE:

1.      Waive of Studio/Production costs for the year

       2.      Offline/online promotion and publish throughout the year.

PROMOTION:       Radio hypes, live radio interviews, online (Facebook, Instagram and Youtube ads).

PUBLISHING on digital media platforms like Audiomack, Youtube, Boomsplay etc

THE CONTEST DETAILS

Each applicant for the MUSIC BUSINESS REVOLUTION is eligible for the contest. After the production of their track, it will be submitted for publishing and fan buildup. The best among the tracks wins the respective artist the MUSIC ARTIST OF THE YEAR.

       FAQ

           Question 1: What happens if I don’t win the Music of the year contest?

Answer: Your registration for the Music Business Revolution gives you your unique registration number which guarantees you to contest as the Music Artist of the Year anytime. So you can contest and re-contest unless you have won before. 

Question 2: How will the music Business Program be?                                                                   Answer:  Its going to be a workshop, Training and Conference where there would be informative sessions, Training Session and Networking Opportunity for participants. The Instructors are professionals who have all it takes to make it big in Music Business.

Question 3: Who pays for the promo track production?                                                                  Answer:  The artist of course!

           Question 4:  How can I know ASTOAN registered studio if I will choose my preferred                                               studio?
